Aims of the web site

The UK government are currently recommending that for a healthy lifestyle you should have at last 30 'active' minutes a day, 5 days a week.

While this may sound like a lot, 'active' minutes could be as simple as washing the car or walking instead of taking the car.

This web site aims to help you achieve this by firstly tracking the number of minutes activity you have completed each day and secondly by introducing an element of competition.

If your currently trying to control your weight, the web site can also provide a means to track your weight over the 100 days too. This is done in complete secrecy, and only you will be shown the result.

The web site also hopes to get more people walking as well by also tracking pedometer readings and calculating the distance you have walked over the 100 days.
