Entering activities
Ok I've signed up but now what do i do?
Firstly you will need to start your challenge. This is done by clicking on 'Start Challenge' on the members page.
Once started the challenge runs for 100 consecutive days and you will be asked the enter your activities for the full period.
Ok now my challenge has started, how do i enter what activities I've done today?
On the members page click on the option 'Enter activity minutes', you will be presented with a list of dates. The dates which you haven't entered and activities for will be shown at the top, and those you have at the bottom.
Click the date you want to enter activities for and you will be presented with a long list of activities you may have used. If it's the first time you have entered activities it is worth taking a moment to look through all the various activities. This will not only give you an idea where all the activities are but may give you some ideas on activities you can include in the challenge.
Beside each activity you have done, enter the number of minutes spent on it. Activities you haven't done should be left on 0. Once you have entered minutes for all the activities you did that day, click on submit to add the activity data to your challenge.
The activity I've done isn't listed. What should i enter?
If your activity isn't listed then choose the closest activity to what you did. If nothing is similar then pick an activity in the group that best suits what you did.
You can also send us a message via our contact us page on activities you think should be included. If we think so too then we'll put it on for you.
I can't enter my minutes, it keeps rejecting my entry, what's wrong?
In order to prevent cheating and abuse of the web site there are some limits on number of minutes you can enter for each activity and for the day as a whole.
We try to keep these limits high enough for most users normal use. However particular active people may have problems entering activity.
Try splitting your minutes between a few activities or reducing the number of minutes slightly.
We review the limits on a regular basis and they may be raised or lowered depending on how the site is being used.
