Joining the challenge

You can join the challenge either as an individual or as part of a group, but it doesn't really matter how you join the challenge.

Joining as an individual

Individuals joining the challenge are able to take full part in the challenge however your results will only be shown on the individuals leader board. You can however start and stop the challenge as you want.

lf you're joining as an individual then simply click on "Sign up Today" at the top of the page.

Fill out the form, making sure all the required sections are filled in (those marked *). Then make sure you have selected no to join a group and master group.

Submit your form and you'll receive an email from the us to confirm your email address. Click the link in the email and your account is fully active.

You are now ready to start your challenge

Joining as a group / team

Members joining as a group still compete in the challenge the same as everyone else however their results are shown both in the individuals leader board and in the groups leader board. This allows groups of people within an organization to compete against each other. (Eg: separate shifts or classes). You can find more information about's groups in a separate article in this guide.

Joining as a group is pretty much the same as joining as an individual however at the end of the form you need to go to the section Are you part of a group? and select either:

Yes, I'd like to join a group
Select this option if someone else has already created a group and has asked you to join them. You will need the group id code (found on any group members page).

After you have selected this option and submitted your form you'll be taken to a page where you can enter the group id you was given. You will then be shown the details of the group you are about to join.

When you confirm this page and your email address as above you will now be part of the challenge.

No, But i want to create a new group
Only select this option if you want to start a group and there's isn't another group you could join.

Once you have completed your personal details you'll be asked for the details of your group. Once this page is complete and confirmed your group details will be passed to the site admin's for confirmation.

Within a few days you will be fully activated and ready to invite group members.
