Kids you need to do at least 60 minutes of activity a day to help you stay healthy.
You need to do it to burn off energy and help your muscles and bones grow strong. The more active you are the less likely it is that you will store up excess fat in your bodies which can lead to cancer, type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
The 60 active minutes doesn't have to be all in one go and it doesn't have to be sport - running around having fun outside and getting from place to place count too.
Get yourselves off the bus and out of the car - if it's walkable then walk it, or half your time if you have have a bike and pedal like the wind!
Clock up your 60 minutes by playing after school, running around, going to the park or playing - Best of all it's all free!
Get splashing about, Whether its lengths of the pool or playing around in the shallow end, a trip to the pool is great fun, gets you moving and tires you out!
