Try to stick to '2 hours max' - You may find it helpful to set a limit how much TV you can sit still in front of or computer and video games, especially you kids that enjoy them!
But sssssshhhhhhhh! It's a secret getting outside, riding your bike or walking with friends is great fun too.
Why not go for a splash around at your local pool or try a new activity on for size, what ever you do make sure you enjoy it, why not take a friend and double the fun.
